Program Supervisor
Position Circumstances

The position is for Women Empowerment and Butterfly Program
Location: Phnom Penh (with occasional travel to provinces, if required)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Women Empowerment and Butterfly Program.
- Arranging effective training sessions with the team for the women.
- Enrolling women in Vocational Training and Small Business Grant projects.
- Supervise, training, coach, and support program staff to ensure effective service delivery.
- Develop and monitor program plans, activities, and reports.
- Support women participants through counseling and skill development.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen program impact.
- Ensure program activities align with organizational vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Monitor program performance, collect data, and prepare accurate reports for the Program Director.
- Lead outreach activities when required.
- Assist in capacity-building, training, and awareness sessions for women.
- Ensure child protection and safeguarding policies are implemented.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Program Director.

Trainer (2 Positions)
Position Circumstances

Location: Phnom Penh (with occasional travel to provinces, if required)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide effective training sessions through the Women Empowerment curriculum that prepared by program supervisor.
- Provide life skills, basic consoling to the women as need to the women.
- Set up training environments, lesson plans, training schedules, and training materials for trainings.
- Monitor participants’ progress and provide individual support as needed.
- Join night outreach activities to engage with women in KBB.
- Help identify women for training and follow-up to be sure they are completed the training.
- Work closely with the Program supervisor and team to ensure quality and alignment with PW’s mission.
- Maintain confidentiality and create a safe training environment for women.
- Prepare monthly reports, attendance lists, training evaluations and provide accurate data to program supervisor.
- Support organizational activities and events as required.
- Occasionally travel to provinces for training or outreach activities.
