Main Missions
- To provide professional leadership for the school, which secures its success and improvement, ensuring high quality education for all its pupils and good standards of learning and achievement. He/she will have to report to the Operations Director and attend a weekly meeting with all the Pedagogical team, including the Pedagogy Director. The secondary school has around 320 students and around 40 teachers
- Strategic direction and school development plan
- Develop and continue to implement a school Development Plan, which will secure continuous school improvement.
- Establish annual operational school timetable
- Work with parents to maximize their involvement in the school
- Monitor school performance, and report to Pedagogy and Operations Directors as required.
- Leading and managing staff
- Efficient and effective deployment of staff and resources
- Work closely with HR Department/office in Teacher management and recruitment
- Manage, monitor and review the range, quality and use of all available resources in order to improve the quality of education, improve pupils’ achievements, ensure efficiency

- Student Assessment and Evaluation:

- Arrange different meetings with Sosa or School life to find out the proper support to students
- Ensure that pupils develop study skills in order to learn more effectively and with increasing independence.

- Required profile
- Bachelor degree in the field/subject or higher
- Certificate of High School Teacher (Bachelor+1) issued by MoEYS or Master of Education
- At least 5 years teaching experience
- Management experience necessary (1 year at least)
- Love and commit to teach underprivileged girls
- Adaptability and a willingness to be flexible
- Computer skills
- Fluent English, French is an advantage

Main Missions
Primary school teachers teach, develop and promote the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability and aptitude. Missions
- Prepare and implement a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements.

Girls and Science: This mission is part of the "For Girls and Science" program which aims to promote science for girls. The school receives funding through this program and must use it with the objective of arousing the scientific curiosity of the girls in the school, improving their scientific culture and helping teachers to teach them science in the best possible way.
- Organization of scientific educational activities related to the program and assistance of teachers for teaching science at school:
- To perpetuate the activities initiated previously: manage the lab-assistants of the primary school for the organization of scientific activities in connection with the program, continue to develop the pedagogy of the related activities of the school (soap making, manufacture of machines for plastic recycling, and recycling).
- Initiate and monitor development projects to improve scientific education: laboratories, gardens, computers, equipment for experiments,
- Organize, if conditions allow, outings with a main scientific scope: mathematics competition, museum, etc.
- Organize visits of professionals from scientific circles to discuss their career and their profession.

- To implement and develop innovative extra-curricular activities taking in account the ages, needs and capacities of the students (including the ways of implementation and provide new ideas to the existing programmes)
- To ensure the continual development of the existing SECA strategy
- To promote and develop students’ health and physical competence effectively with quality
- To foster all roundedness of students through excursions and numerous activities held inside and outside school
- To participate actively on the preparation and implementation of the school excursions, weekend activities and Summer Camp (including creating new and improvising current activities)
- To provide guidance and supervision to the SECA Assistant
