School Admission & Operation Supervisor

Working hour: Monday to Friday
- Maintain and update various student databases, information portals and hard copy files
- Update student movement in school class lists and student reports on a regular basis
- Help manage the application process and applicant waiting list
- Organize and maintain files, records and reports
- Assist in the preparation of weekly admissions reports
- Maintain, organize and review class lists and other admissions information in TG
- Maintain and secure confidential records and inquiries appropriately
- Respond to common inquiries from students, parents, staff or members of the community
- Professionally represent the school and in interactions with parents, community, staff, and students
- Assist with school events
- Assist Admission & Operations Manager in the daily operations.
- Perform daily admin duties in the office, including food requests, daily operation supplies requests, etc.
- Supervise daily student pick-up and drop-off.
- Ensure the security and safety of buildings for employees and students.
- Assist Admission & Operations Manager in managing and planning strategies for the school cafeteria service standard in order to achieve high satisfaction levels from students.
- Assist Admission & Operations Manager in developing, implementing, and reviewing operational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assist Admission & Operations Manager in ensuring full compliance with SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow any tasks assigned by Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Management, Operations, or related fields.
- Minimum of experience in school operation, maintenance and facility for 1 year is preferred
- Experience in international school is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of operational processes and supply chain management (a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
