Salesperson (2 Positions)
Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
Maple International Academy is seeking 2 dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to promote our international foundation programs and drive student enrollments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Khmer and English, a passion for education, and the ability to build trust with students and parents. This role is critical in achieving our growth targets and expanding access to global education.

- Promote Maple International Academy's programs to prospective students and parents through in-person meetings, phone calls, and online channels.
- Conduct consultations and provide clear, accurate information on program details, admissions requirements, and application procedures.
- Follow up with leads, manage the sales funnel, and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
- Represent the Academy at school visits, education fairs, and community events.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and partner schools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and student statuses in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or student recruitment (education industry experience preferred).
- Fluent in Khmer and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for outreach activities.
