Salesman (20 Positions)
Position Circumstances

- Salary: $300 - $380 Negotiable + Based on Experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Visit and sell to 30–35 retail outlets daily to drive distribution and market coverage.
- Use Android sales software to pitch products, process transactions, and manage orders.
- Work independently to achieve assigned individual sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive business relationships with local retail store owners.
- Monitor store inventory levels and replenish stock to prevent stockouts.
- Execute promotional campaigns and product displays at retail locations.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- FMCG Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Technical Proficiency: Able to use sales software on an Android smartphone
- Licensing / Qualifications: Valid motorcycle driving license (noted as an advantage)
