Role Overview
Sales & Technical Officer is a role that combines expertise in both sales and technical knowledge of the company’s products or services. This role serves as a critical link between the customer and internal technical teams, ensuring that client needs are effectively communicated and met with the right solutions.
Report to: Sales Manager/ Head of Sales and Marketing

- Conduct and mange farmers, dealers meeting to communicate performances of Husk.
- Conduct trial, demo in assigned areas or potential areas.
- Promote products and technical support services to farmers.
- Help support AR collection from the customers.
- Have capacity on weekly and monthly report to Sale Manager or Head of Sales & Marketing.
- Good relationship with existing and find new potential customers.
- Update market situations, seeking, verifying, reporting for all market data and information.
- Survey competitor products, movements and feedback to Sale Manager or Head of Sales & Marketing.
- Support distributors with solutions for technical queries.
- Customer service to farmers with questions about products and applications
- Distribute marketing material in depots and agricultural cooperatives.
- Communication for farmers to get feedback from our products.
- Follow the company guidelines on data collection and regular reporting, using on-line internal tools.
- Coordinating, training and follow up to the super farms to push the sales and marketing advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related fields.
- Significant experience (2 years minimum) in sales, marketing and agronomy.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and present data relationships between key business concepts & crops.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Can work in the province.
- Fluent in Khmer
- Spoken and written English
- Active listening skills, understanding the needs of the client and farmers
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Training skills.
- Good attitude and high commitment.
- Sales planning, time management and reporting skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Word) and Google suite (Gmail, Google Calendar and Drive) and knowledge of systems.
