Sales Support Intern
Reporting Line: Sales Support Supervisor
- Being a Key person for SD on Communication and SD parts
- Monitoring for daily communication with all types of business
- Daily operations: raising orders for all types of business such as White Products, Lubricant, Car Care product, SFS as well as COCO stations, SO till invoicing for Cash Sales and Club Card Sales, and internal consumption
- Asking about Payment status calling for payment status from the stations' dealer, payment commitment for Network
- Respond to providing the customers’ statements, and follow up with them
- Daily tracking the customers’ payments and commitment
- To Issue Debit Notes: Shop Turnover, and other SFS invoicing
- Daily tracking customers feedback
- Month-end closing process performing all SAP and other closing tasks
- Arrange the documents in the right destination
- Back-up during team takes annual leave, sick, or others
- Bachelor's degree in English for Business and Communication
- Ability to cooperate and work with others to strengthen and cultivate relationships.
- Ability to carry out multiple assignments and plan accordingly to meet schedule deadlines.
- Good English Level in writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
