Reporting Line: Sale Support Supervisor
- Act as a key focal point for Sales Support, handling communication and SD-related processes
- Monitor daily communication across all business segments
- Respond to customer inquiries via order groups, email, or phone in a timely manner
- Provide updates to customers on delivery and truck status
- Maintain and update logs for customer feedback, urgent orders, trip changes, weekend requests, and cancellations
- Track and analyze order volumes across different periods
- Receive and process orders
- Prepare and provide customer account statements and follow up accordingly
- Reconcile payments for stations with discrepancies and report results
- Monitor customer payments, including overdue (OD) tracking and late payments
- Create Sales Orders (SOs) in both SAP and internal working files
- Review and summarize customer financial status to support approval and release of blocked SOs
- Handle non-fuel order creation
- Verify customer information in SAP and internal systems upon request
- Execute month-end closing activities in SAP and related systems
- Perform additional responsibilities as an SD Key User
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in business management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with experience in logistics operations
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Basic understanding of the logistics chain, with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Willing to work extended hours, including holidays and flexible schedules
- Strong integrity with zero tolerance for any form of corruption
- Able to work under pressure and demonstrate agility in problem-solving
