Throughout the country, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. has been involved in marketing various energy and lubricants products and services to its customers in both the private and public sectors. We offer a wide range of products through more than 100 service stations with over 52 Bonjour Shops, Industrial fuels, Aviation fuels and lubricants. Through the TotalEnergies Card, customers are offered a convenient way to make and manage fuel purchases. Other services offered include used oil analysis, tank installations and bulk deliveries to many of our Commercial customers.

In view of supporting its growth in Cambodia, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is looking for a talented and motivated candidate for the position as follow:

Sales Support Executive

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Reporting Line: Sale Support Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Check the order receiving.
  • Create Sales Orders for (Lubricants, White Products, Jet A-1)
  • Handle COCOs cash sales
  • Manage Credit Sales
  • Send blocked Sales Orders for release in accordance with the Credit Risk Management Policy
  • Coordinate payment collection with Territory Managers (TMs) and the sales team
  • Consolidate the month-end closing process
  • Ensure all SAP and other closing tasks are properly conducted by the SD team
  • Perform tasks as an SD key user in SAP
  • Manage and arrange customer service documents
  • Perform other general administrative duties
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Finance and Accounting is preferred
Work History:
  • Experience in logistics operations for 1 year as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Skills & Competencies: Good command of English (oral and written), basic understanding of the logistics chain
  • Proficiency in SAP, Ms office tool
Soft Skills
  • Work Attitude & Ethics: Willingness to work extended hours, holidays, and variable shifts, high integrity with zero tolerance for any form of corruption, ability to work under pressure and agility in problem-solving
