Sales Support Executive
Reporting Line: Sale Support Supervisor
- Check the order receiving.
- Create Sales Orders for (Lubricants, White Products, Jet A-1)
- Handle COCOs cash sales (Fuel: 13 NW stations, Lube and Car Care: 14 stations
- Manage Credit Sales
- Send blocked Sales Orders for release in accordance with the Credit Risk Management Policy
- Coordinate payment collection with Territory Managers (TMs) and the sales team
- Consolidate the month-end closing process
- Ensure all SAP and other closing tasks are properly conducted by the SD team
- Perform tasks as an SD key user in SAP
- Manage and arrange customer service documents
- Perform other general administrative duties
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management or Finance and Accounting
- Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics operations
- Skills & Competencies: Good command of English (oral and written), basic understanding of the logistics chain
- Proficiency in SAP, Ms office tool
- Work Attitude & Ethics: Willingness to work extended hours, holidays, and variable shifts, high integrity with zero tolerance for any form of corruption, ability to work under pressure and agility in problem-solving
