Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in promoting and selling household products, including softeners, liquid detergents, and toothpaste. This role requires leadership skills to motivate the team, achieve sales targets, and ensure smooth sales operations.
Working Conditions:

- Working Hours : 8:am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm

- Supervise and guide a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive sales growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
