Job Description:

As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales team and achieving company targets. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales representatives, and ensuring their adherence to sales strategies and processes. Your leadership skills, industry knowledge, and ability to inspire a high-performance sales culture will be key to achieving our business objectives.

Duties
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, in collaboration with the sales management team, to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales activities, analyze performance data, and provide timely feedback and coaching to team members for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and one-on-one meetings to identify strengths and areas for development, and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to align strategies and ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Effectively communicate sales targets, KPIs, and other important updates to the team, and provide regular performance reports to CEO.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and a customer-centric mindset.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a sales team.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve collective goals.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
