Duties
  • Frequently visit all the existing pharmacies and clinics of the assigned territories
  • Maintain close relationship with chemists/pharmacies
  • Secure sales order to achieve the allocated sales target
  • Check inventory of pharmacies
  • Share updated discount scheme with customers
  • Maintain active communication with assigned area’s Medical REP
  • Help cash collector with cash collection information
  • Generate new sales lead by creating new customers on every month
  • Provide any necessary data or report to the sales team
  • Acknowledge customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
  • Update all contact information for clients
  • Deal with all sort of customer complaints and resolves those as necessary
  • Complete tasks that will be assigned by line manger
Requirements
  • Sales experience on pharmacy or FMCG sector
  • Any educational background
  • Pharma experience will be an added advantage
  • Good communication skills in English

Duties
  • Arranging appointments with doctors in both government hospitals and private clinics
  • Making presentations to doctors and other medical staff
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical staffs
  • Keeping detailed records of all contacts
  • Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings ensure effective sales plan and keeping conduct the survey
  • Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products
  • Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
  • Staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
  • Make daily report and weekly plan and reporting to superior
Requirements
  • Graduation in any field
  • Minimum 1 year experience related file
  • technical sales & marketing skills
  • Good in communication and teamwork mood
  • relevant product and industry knowledge
  • experience with relevant software applications
  • Computer literacy
  • English proficiency
