Position Purpose:
Are you a proactive sales-driven professional, passionate about expanding the market of Khmer Products, and a Strong relationship builder? Hydrologic Social Enterprise (HSE) is looking for a Sales and Marketing Supervisor who is motivated to drive results and make a difference—both in business and in people’s lives.
In this role, you will support daily sales activities and drive store performance. Build strong client relationships to increase sales and partners while supporting the expansion of our retail network and strengthening product presence across Cambodia.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly team sales targets
- Lead the team to generate new clients and sales opportunities
- Seek out new sales opportunities and grow our presence in Cambodia market
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings, field visits, and sales presentations
- Close key deals and support team in closing opportunities
- Manage relationships with key clients to drive repeat sales
- Supervise daily sales activities and coach team for performance
- Follow up on orders, payments, and prepare sales performance reports
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least of experience in sales supervisor roles skills for 2 years
- Knowledge in Marketing is plus
- Able to work independently and deliver results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to operate car and willingness to travel to other provinces as needed.
