Sales Supervisor
Working: 5 day/week from Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 5:30PM), Break: 12:00PM to 1:30PM
Directly Accountable to: General Manager
Remuneration: Starting monthly salary will be set in the range of USD 550 to USD 700
Place in the organization: You will be a Team Member in Sale Department, working closely with others in sale team and colleagues in other departments in our office.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sale targets
- Supervise, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align with promotional activities
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular sales meetings and report team performance to management
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
- Conduct regular field visits to observe team performance, provide on-the-spot coaching, and engage with key customers.
- Collect and analyze field data such as competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback
- Support team in closing deals, managing key accounts, and resolving customer issues on the ground
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and local partners
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Manage & monitoring product consultants (PC)
- Other tasks assigned by GM.
- Bachelor degree in sales & marketing, business administrative or related fields.
- At least 3 years working experience of sales & marketing.
- Experience in Nutrition Formula is preferable.
- Good English communication and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Positive attitude and willing to challenge the new things.
- Be able to travel locally.
- Good attitude, hard-working, honestly and strong communication.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
