Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Responsible for sale in showroom

- Provide a warm welcome to customers who come to visit showroom
- Pro-actively deliver new sales into existing customer portfolio
- Report to Sales & Marketing Manager/GM
- Meeting face to face with customer or architect to do the products presentation
- Manage distribution to ensure products availability in the assigned areas
- Promoting our products and presentation to all customer need
- Finding and researching of target customer need
- Being patient, loyal, responsible, and willing to work hard
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager and Management Teams
- Female is preferred
- Good appearance
- Age from 20 to 30 years old
- Degree of Marketing or Business Management or other relevant skills
- At least 1 years’ experience in sales job with fast moving construction materials (High class products) or similar industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer knowledge in Ms. Office
- Comfortable communicating with colleagues and team members.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Good Written and spoken Khmer and English.
- Having own motorbike
Sales Supervisor (1 Position)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Execute promotional and merchandising activities as assigned
- Promoting our products and presentation to all customer need
- Finding and researching of target customer need
- Build up relationship with architect and designer
- Responsible for sale out door
- Meeting face to face with customer or architect to do the products presentation and sales
- Manage distribution to ensure products availability in the assigned areas
- Support Sales Representatives in negotiation of sponsorships and contracts
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to Sales & Marketing Manager
- Build up relationship with architect and designer
- Responsible for sale out door
- Being patient, loyal, responsible, and willing to work hard
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager and Management Teams
- Men is preferred
- Degree of Marketing, Information Technology, Business Management or other relevant skills.
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales job with fast moving construction materials
- Open mind and willingness to learn about advertisement and marketing.
- Comfortable working on a schedule to meet deadlines.
- Passionate about marketing, content creating.
- Comfortable communicating with colleagues and team members.
- Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player.
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Good Written and spoken Khmer and English.
- Good Computer literacy such as: Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Having own motorbike
