Sales Representative
Schedule - full-time : 8:00am- 17:00pm
- Lead generation
- Achieve sales targets
- Cold calling potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Negotiating contracts with clients
- Meeting sales goals
- Planning sales strategies
- Prepare and present sales proposals
- Product knowledge
- Sales presentations and demonstrations
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Attending conferences to understand industry trends
- Customer relationship management
- Establish strong relationship with new customers & Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Handle and control order & sales procedures.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and condition
- Achieve sales targets of company products & services within assigned industry/ account and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales of Construction Material or Electric Accessories or Similar Industry.
- Good command of writing and speaking in English and Khmer.
- Knowledge and understanding of selling
