Sales Representative
Department – Freight Solutions
Working Hour - 8:30-12:00 am and 13:00-17:30 pm
Working Day - Monday to Saturday (noon)

- Meet commercial target assigned, including but not limited to gross profit, volume, sales activities and so on
- Identify prospect, and secure new business opportunities for freight, landside work, cross border services across multiple products.
- Responsible for trade lane development, especially Cambodia China trade.
- Build and nurture long term relationships with new customers, ensuring high levels of customer of customers satisfaction and regularly business.
- Execute activities (Prospecting, Lead Follow Up, Relationship Nurturing, Quoting, Sales Calls) to stay on track with New Customer acquisition targets.
- Arrange meeting and visit with customers frequently.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and service agreements in the Port 360 CRM systems.
- Other duties assigned by Management.
- Good English.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years in Sales experience and be familiar in Freight Forwarding fields
- Experience in Intra-Asia and Transpacific markets
- Trackable experience in Cambodia China trade lane
- CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent) is a plus
- Relationships with various export / freight forwarder in Cambodia is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
