Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Outdoor daily sales activities.
- Arrange the schedule and meeting appointment for product presentation to prospective clients and clients.
- Weekly Sales and Activity Report to line manager.
- Promote company’s products to the market.
- Follow up business opportunities and maintain good business relation with new and existing customers.
- Sales report to line manager
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma

Work History:
- Sales for 1 to 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel, etc).
- Able to travel to provinces with a sudden notice and conduct business survey around the country.
- Good command of English or Chinese is a bonus.
Soft Skills
- Good time management and work flexibility depend on job requirement.

Sales Engineer

Product: Chemical dosing pump and water-related products
Gender: Male/Female
Working from Monday – Saturday (Half Day)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand the products and their key features and prepare the necessary materials for presentation.
- Present the company’s products to prospective clients and clients.
- Actively work with engineering teams to ensure that the technical design meet the customer’s requirements.
- Communicate with sales team to understand client’s demands and offer sales support when it is necessary.
- Offer the technical solutions to customer’s inquiries.
- Issue the quotation and prepare the sales reports on a weekly basis.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

- Basic knowledge related to water chemistry, water pumps, motors, etc.
- Proficient in English both verbal and written.
Soft Skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, punctual, and be able to work under pressure.
- Be available to go to province.
Procurement and Tender Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of materials price from local and oversea suppliers for relevant business opportunities.
- Review the specifications listed in the bidding documents.
- Work closely with engineering regarding the technical specifications.
- Request for quotation based on the specifications.
- Gather the necessary pricing and cost data.
- Submit the costing data to supervisor for their evaluation.
- Others task assigned by Supervisor.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Chinese - Good is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar fields
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Fresh graduate in encouraged to apply.
- Good at Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Basic knowledge on electrical and electrical equipment, spare parts and accessories.
- Proficient in English and knowledgeable in Chinese is a plus.
