Sales Officer (1 Position)
Job Summary
The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role requires effective communication, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of CJCC's services products of business training courses, Japanese language courses, culture activities and room renting services. The target customers include both businesses (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C). The Sales Officer plays a vital role in driving revenue and enhancing customer relationships. This position requires a proactive approach, strong sales acumen, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

- Identify, pursue, and attract new sales leads through networking, referrals, and market segmentation/ research for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and promote products.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase the features and benefits of products/services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and initiate sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts, providing regular reports to management.
- Work closely with PR and marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs, if any, to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2 or 3 years of sales experience (B2B), preferably in relevant educational sectors
- Good command in using English, Japanese language is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Japanese Language Lecturer (1 Position)

- Lecture and manage Japanese classes
- Improve and develop Japanese courses
- Report to Coordinator and Deputy Manager of the department

- Cambodian national
- University graduated
- At least N2 level of Japanese language
- Knowledge of Japanese Language Education or experience of teaching Japanese at school
- Knowledge of using computer skills
- Good command in using English language
