Sales & Marketing Supervisor
Position Circumstances

- Salary: $700 - $1300
Monday - Saturday working days
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with Unifam & Distributor teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Maintain relationships with existing Distributor teams
- Monitor market conditions and generate insights to drive business improvement and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to track performance and optimize strategies.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
- Khmer - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Work History:
- Experience in the Sales & Marketing field, preferably from an FMCG background for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
Soft Skills
- Creativity in developing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Open to traveling across Cambodia as required for work purposes
