Sales & Marketing Officer (1 Position)
Job Location: Koh Pich
- Identify and approach new customers in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
- Manage existing client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to present precast solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, tenders, and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and developers.
- Understand client technical requirements and work with the design and production teams to meet them.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest product or service improvements.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product awareness. That includes social media content creation and distribution.
- Work with the design/technical team to develop promotional materials and case studies.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry seminars.
- Provide feedback to management for product improvements or innovations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the company’s online system, servers, and hard copy.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Maintain a strong understanding of precast concrete products and services offered by the company and its competitors.
- Explain technical specifications, product advantages, and installation procedures to clients.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to develop custom solutions and assess their feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, transportation and finance) to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
- Implement others task as required by management.
- Bachelor Degree of Marketing, Business Administration or Relate Field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Prior experience in the sales of construction materials or precast concrete products is a great advantage.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, and email campaigns)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge in marketing software and data analysis tools is preferred.
- Some knowledge of Accounting and Finance is a plus.
- Great written and spoken English skills
- Very familiar with all MS Offices
