Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Location: Poipet/Sihanoukville/Siemreap
Work Condition:
- Monday to Saturday
- Work may require evening and weekend work
- Working hour 7:30am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-5pm
- Sells service by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
- Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximise brand promotion.
- Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR (Public Relations) agency to see them executed.
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
- Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration or relate field
- At Least has 3 years experienced handling people
- 5 years' experience in marketing and sales
- Experienced working in Construction and have technical duties is a Plus
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service
- English or Chinese Speaking is a Plus

Maintenance Technician (10 Positions)
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Work Condition:
- Monday to Saturday
- Work may require evening and weekend work
- Working hour 7:30am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-5pm
- Respond to reports of broken or faulty items
- Perform routine works
- Install and maintenance plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning and heating systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshot when needed
- Keep accurate maintenance records
- Report and manage team work on a regular basis
- High responsibility in the work assigned by superiors
- Save and maintain company assets
- At least 1 year experience
- Local citizen is priority
- At least associate degree in electrical or mechanic
- Good knowledge on MEP equipment
- Experience in air conditioning system installation
- Good interpersonal relationships
- Can work on shift schedule
