Location: Phnom Penh/Poipet
Work Condition:

- Work may require evening and weekend work
- Working hour 7:30am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-5pm

- Sells service by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
- Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion
- Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR (Public Relations) agency to see them executed
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers
- Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration or relate field
- At Least has 3 years experienced handling people
- 5 years' experience in marketing and sales
- Experienced working in Construction and have technical duties is a Plus
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing

- English or Chinese Speaking is a Plus
Compliance Officer (1 Position)

- Ensuring that the processes required by the standard are established, implemented, and maintained
- Reporting to top management on the performance of the QMS, including opportunities for improvement
- Serving as a primary contact for external auditors and customers on QMS-related issues
- Planning and managing the internal audit program to assess the effectiveness and compliance of the QMS
- Overseeing nonconformity and corrective action processes to address issues and drive continual improvement
- Promoting understanding and effective operation of the process within their team
- Monitoring and measuring the performance of their processes against defined quality objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs) & risk management
- Experience in compliance or quality management is an advantage
- Experience in audit
- Knowledges and experiences of ISO standards (ISO 9001:2000)
