Job Purpose
To lead sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen brand positioning across retail, distributor, salon, and digital channels in the cosmetics and beauty industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Leadership:
- Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing teams with clear KPIs and objectives
- Define target markets, customer profiles, and competitive positioning
- Oversee sales and marketing budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently
- Research market trends, consumer needs, and growth opportunities
- Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, coach, and monitor sales team performance and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements
- Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance and stock movement.
- Marketing Management:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and brand plans
- Create engaging marketing content for social media, websites, campaigns, and product launches.
- Plan and manage product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Oversee digital marketing, influencer marketing, and social media activities
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and evaluate their return on investment (ROI).
- Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all sales and marketing activities
- Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- 5 years in sales and marketing, including 3 years in management (cosmetics experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, marketing, customer engagement and digital channels (SEO/SEM, social media).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
- Strong communication skills in both Khmer and English, written and verbal.
