- Bachelor degree
- One- or two-years’ experience in a similar role
- Relationships with various export / freight forwarder in Cambodia is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
Senior Sales Representative
Department – Freight Solutions
Category - Shipping & Logistics
Working Hour - 08:30-12:00 and 13:00-17:30 pm

- Develop a strong pipeline of potential customers by qualifying leads and converting into sales.

- Provide regular updates to the management on pipeline progress, sales forecasts and market development within assigned lanes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Senior Accountant
Department – Finance

- Check reimbursement of advance made, relevant expenditure suppliers’ invoices and verified that the advance funds have been used in accordance with the approval request.
- Check daily collection customer payment report from cashier to verified accurately then allocate available funds such as cash/cheque in order deposit into the bank
- Collaborates with other team lines of sharing information in connection with all inquiries such as invoices, collection payment, supplier’s payment…etc.
- Review both sale and purchase records for the tax preparation to send to tax agent.
- Be able to handle full set of Integrated Logistics business (IL Work)
- Be able to deal with Liner-Principal and SOA matter
- Be able to handle Intercompany balance and communication with Ben Line head office.
- Be able to handle Aging analysis – all product
- Monitoring and Control Deposit from Customer and Deposit to Supplier / Account Receivable / Account payable
- Be able to handle with Tax Audit matter.
- Prepare Monthly Payroll
- Prepare monthly management reports/ Flash report / Accounting report / profit and loss file for all product
- Other duties assigned by Management.
- Experience in Accounting and Tax Auditing

Operation Assistant
Department – Operations
Category - Shipping & Logistics
Working Hour - 08:30-12:00 and 13:00-17:30 pm
Working Day - Monday to Saturday (noon)
Job Purpose:
- Providing Operational Support to our Port Agency & Integrated Logistics Divisions
- Attending Vessels as Boarding Agent, Warehousing and Join Inland Transportation Escort Vehicle

- Supporting warehouse operation
- Helping with cargo operations including cargo lifting on/off by crane or forklift, trucking, empty container selection and container loading/unloading.
- Other tasks assignment by management
- Good oral and written English
- Must be willing to travel to Sihanoukville, Kampot and go onboard ships as well as join escort vehicle for cargo delivery to job-site
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
