Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Partnership Building: Establish and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners.
- Digital Marketing: Manage online presentations including websites, social media, and digital advertising to enhance brand awareness.
- Public Relations: Represent the lodge at tourism fairs, events, and networking functions to strengthen brand visibility.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Guest Experience: Collaborate with operations and reservations teams to ensure an exceptional guest journey from inquiry to stay.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly sales and marketing performance reports for management review.
- Collaboration: Work closely with conservation and community teams to align marketing messages with the lodge’s sustainability mission.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Tourism, or Business Administration: Strong academic background in a relevant field.

- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing within hospitality, travel, or eco-tourism sectors.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to engage both domestic and international partners.
- Digital Competency: Proficiency in online marketing tools, social media management, and CRM systems.
- Creativity & Initiative: Ability to develop innovative campaigns that reflect the lodge’s eco-luxury identity.
- Fluency in English: Strong written and spoken communication; additional languages an advantage.
