Sales & Marketing Associate
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and relevant salutation and introduction to clients, primarily international NGOs, gov’t agencies, and private sector, including travel agencies, and individual ones.
- Access clients’ needs, collect necessary information to produce official quotations or price lists or coordinate with specialized departments for assignment handover.
- Build strong relationship with clients from the start of the Customer Journey to after-sale support by value proposition and instlling trust on quality, accountability, and circumstantial flexibility.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to explore and identify most cost-effective and capable personnel for each undertaking and deployment.
- Negotiate pricing, make necessary and timely and proactive adjustment in response to client’s budget constrain using strategic communication with clients.
- Visit project site / meet assigned team prior to official conduct, when necessary, to confirm suitability, address uncertainty, or resolve minor to major debilitating issues.
- Share related information and coordinate with related team members of other department as part of the workflow and report daily results to the company-designated database entry point.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Tourism, or a related field.
Work History:
- Experience in operations, marketing, or front office support for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Good business communication skills in writing and speaking in both Khmer and English
- Computer competency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other common tools.
- Basic project management knowledge and ability to work independently on routine assignments as well as collaboratively within diverse teams.
- Analytical skills to assist with reporting, tracking, and improving operations.
Soft Skills
- Ability to adopt, learn, and provide solutions in a constructive and proactive fashion with diverse types of clients and colleagues.
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales data and documentation
- Ability and willingness to acknowledge errors and accept guidance from colleagues and managers without holding a grudge.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Willingness to support mission duties and operational needs when required.
