Expectations - - Market Research and Planning
- Must be able to convince customers to buy.
- Formulate an appropriate sales strategy

- Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics
- Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities
- Must have experience at least 6 years in Sales & Marketing field

- Experience in marketing planning and product planning
- Plan promotion activities and make arrangement accordingly
- Experience in Pharma Medical is advantage

Sales Supervisor (2 Positions)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Manage customer relationship to maintain and generate new sales
- Visit and find new dealers.
- Forecast supply and demand for products
- Follow up and support dealers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Company.
- Lead, facilitate and follow up own team members
- Work closely with other teams to archive targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales report.
- Visit/meet with clients to make new sales
- Conduct regular market and dealer visits and provincial mission
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
- At least finish High School
- At least 3 years of experience on Sales or other similar filed.
- Willing travel to provinces

Digital Marketing Manager (2 Positions)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Maintain a brand by working on marketing campaigns.
- Creating content digital content by doing market research.
- Measuring digital traffic and publishing content on online social media platforms such as Facebook /Tik Tok/You tube.
- Scale digital campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Report on paid advertising and analytics of campaigns to management.
- Research customer trends in order to decide the appropriate campaigns.
- Must have working knowledge of Facebook, Till Tok and YouTube advertising. Must be able to use SEO as well.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least seven (3) years working experience in IT software coordination and/or implementation
- Good communication skills (verbal and written),
- Flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with ability to achieve deadlines
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
- Salary is dependent on experience and ability
Regional Manager (2 Positions)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Responsible for loan disbursement target for a region (multiple provinces)
- Supervise and guide a team of Loan Officers and Field Operations Executives
- Ensure Loan Officers complete file accurately and efficiently
- Assign Field Operation Executives to check and visit customer’s place of businesses and customer’s house or property
- Travel and visit dealerships across provinces to build strong relationships, and understand on-ground feedback from customers and dealers
- Push team to complete pending cases, and motivate team to achieve monthly targets
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Management to monitor team performance
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- High monthly incentives given for reaching targets, with traveling and phone card allowances
- Any bachelor degree Business, Marketing, Sales, or any related field
- At least 2 years experience in leadership or senior position, and managing a team
- Previous experience in sales & distribution roles and/or businesses
- Positive attitude and solution-focused mindset
- Good communication of English and Khmer, written and spoken
- Strong in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Email
- Fast worker, and able to work under pressure
