- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Promote services and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and promotions
- Lead and support sales/front desk team to improve performance
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey

Mekong Zipline is seeking a creative, energetic, and motivated Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Phnom Penh. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging photo and video content that showcases the Mekong Zipline experience, attracts new customers, and strengthens our online presence across social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys photography, videography, storytelling, and social media, and who is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in an adventure tourism environment.
- Create engaging photo and video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, and promotional content
- Capture guest experiences, zipline activities, events, special promotions, and daily operations
- Develop creative ideas and content concepts that promote Mekong Zipline
- Write engaging captions, posts, and promotional messages in Khmer and English
- Maintain and organize photo and video content for future marketing use
- Follow social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant and engaging content
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to support campaigns and promotions
- Support the development of monthly content plans and social media calendars
- Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and audience response
- Assist with basic graphic design and promotional materials when required
- Ensure all content represents the company's brand, safety standards, and professional image
- Work closely with the operations team to capture content without affecting guest safety or daily operations
