Position Summary

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and spearhead revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing and motivating a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and market gaps.
  • Oversee the development of new features specifically designed to increase market share and empower clients with innovative solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging financial technologies (FinTech) to keep Bill24 at the forefront of the payment gateway industry
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap to ensure every feature aligns with Bill24’s long-term business goals and mission.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from initial research and concept through development, successful launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, user adoption, and growth forecasts to senior management.

This role combines sales and technical advisory, helping clients adopt digital payment, billing, and automation solutions. You will work closely with businesses across various industries to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting company products and fintech solutions.
  • Present products and solutions clearly to clients and close sales opportunities effectively.
  • Understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate solutions (payment systems, billing platforms, automation tools).
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer workflows, challenges, and integration requirements.
  • Provide technical consultation on system usage, API integration, and deployment options.
  • Advise clients on hardware, software, network requirements, and security considerations
  • Handle customer questions, technical objections, and provide suitable solutions during the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, support) to ensure smooth implementation
