- Minimum of 5+ years of professional sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and market gaps.
- Oversee the development of new features specifically designed to increase market share and empower clients with innovative solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging financial technologies (FinTech) to keep Bill24 at the forefront of the payment gateway industry
- Develop and manage the product roadmap to ensure every feature aligns with Bill24’s long-term business goals and mission.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from initial research and concept through development, successful launch, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, user adoption, and growth forecasts to senior management.
- Implement and optimize product processes to enhance efficiency and ensure high standards of security and reliability.
