- Make Master plan to cover all KOLs with the help of his team.

- Work in joint with Medical Representatives to increase Sales of Company’s products.
- Plan and arrange Round Table Meetings with most important Customers.
- Timely feedback of competitor companies (brands and activities).
- Train Medical Representatives to work effectively and with discipline.
- Analyze product sales and work efforts of self and team to improvise business of the company.
- Implementation of Marketing activities and follow up from Team.
- Reviews/discussions/Planning/problem handling with Team related to sales and outstanding.
- Ensure complete Customer Coverage Plan and keep a track by Team.
- Ensuring 100% achievement of Team Monthly sales Targets set by the Company.
- Guiding and Keep Team’s motivational level high.

- Unpack incoming shipments, big cartons, and open inventory stock.
- Inspect incoming stock for damages and verify accurate quantities against delivery notes.
- Organize, arrange, and stack medical stock neatly on warehouse shelves.
- Perform physical stock counting and assist with routine inventory audits.
- Prepare, pick, and pack orders for daily dispatch and customer deliveries.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper stock organization at all times.
- Follow security protocols to prevent product damage or inventory loss.
- Perform other general physical labor and warehouse tasks assigned by management.
