Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding
Location: Cambodia
- Promote and sell freight forwarding and logistics services to potential clients across various industries.
- Conduct in-depth cost-benefit and needs analysis to develop tailored logistics solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong and long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and deliver results within specified timelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management regarding client feedback, market needs, and potential service improvements.
- Continuously enhance personal knowledge, skills, and professional growth through feedback and learning.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics solutions and international shipping (air, ocean, and inland).
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in Khmer and comfortable in English (spoken and written).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of sales concepts, customer psychology, and buying behavior.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
