The Role
We are seeking a proactive, responsible, and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and manage retail, partner, and wholesale sales operations.
This role is responsible for leading Sales Associates, Partners & Sales Coordinator, while also overseeing wholesale customers and accounts. The Sales Manager will drive sales growth, ensure excellent customer service, manage performance and reporting, and support the expansion of both retail and wholesale channels.

- Sales & Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate Sales Associates, Sales Coordinator, and Partners
- Set, communicate, and monitor sales targets across retail, partner, and wholesale channels
- Train, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance and professionalism
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and positive team morale
- Retail & Store Operations
- Ensure excellent customer service standards at all times
- Oversee daily shop operations and overall store performance
- Ensure proper product display, pricing accuracy, and store cleanliness
- Manage and monitor stock levels, accuracy, and loss prevention
- Oversee manual seasonal packaging preparation when required
- Partner & Wholesale Management
- Manage and coordinate with sales Partners to ensure alignment with company sales strategies
- Handle wholesale customers, including onboarding, pricing coordination, and order follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients
- Monitor wholesale sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate wholesale orders with operations, accounting, and warehouse teams
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit monthly opening and closing sales reports
- Track and report sales performance for retail, partner, and wholesale channels
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales, stock, and wholesale order reporting
- Coordinate closely with management, accounting, marketing, and operations teams
- Support seasonal promotions, campaigns, and special sales initiatives
- Customer Management
- Handle customer and wholesale partner complaints professionally and provide effective solutions
- Monitor customer feedback and continuously improve service quality
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field is preferred
- Experience in retail, wholesale, or sales leadership for 2 to 3 years as a minimum

The Role
The Merchandise Specialist is responsible for owning and managing the end-to-end development of brand merchandise from concept to final production.
Working under the Marketing Department and reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role ensures that all physical brand materials including packaging, PR kits, printed logo bags, campaign merchandise, accessories, and promotional items align with brand identity, marketing strategy, quality standards, cost efficiency, and timeline requirements.
This position plays a key role in supporting product launches, brand campaigns, and overall visual presentation by coordinating closely with designers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, particularly factories.
Core Responsibility
Own and manage the end-to-end development of brand merchandise from concept to production, ensuring all outputs align with brand identity, marketing strategy, quality standards, timeline requirements, and cost efficiency.
- Concept & Creative Direction Support
- Research trends, references, materials, and product inspirations to develop innovative merchandise concepts
- Translate PHKA brand identity into physical items (PR kits, packaging, campaign merchandise, gifting items, etc.)
- Prepare and propose concepts, mood boards, and visual directions to Marketing Manager or CEO for approval
- Ensure creative ideas align with campaign goals and brand positioning
- Merchandise Development & Execution
- Lead the full development process from idea → design → sampling → revision → production
- Collaborate closely with designers and the marketing team to maintain brand consistency
- Manage artwork execution and production specifications
- Ensure all merchandise supports product launches, campaigns, and seasonal strategies
- Supplier & Production Management
- Source, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, production timelines, and payment terms
- Ensure optimal balance between cost, quality, and lead time
- Handle sampling process, revisions, approvals, and production follow-ups with factories
- Maintain strong supplier relationships for long-term collaboration
- Quality, Cost & Timeline Control
- Ensure all outputs meet brand standards (material quality, finishing, color accuracy, print quality, durability)
- Monitor budgets and optimize cost without compromising brand positioning
- Control development and production timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Anticipate potential risks and provide proactive solutions
- Campaign & Marketing Integration
- Align merchandise planning with marketing calendar and campaign objectives
- Support PR seeding, influencer kits, retail activations, and product launches
- Suggest creative usage ideas to enhance storytelling and brand experience
- Support execution of events, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Research new materials, packaging trends, and competitor benchmarks
- Identify cost-efficiency improvements in design and production processes
- Propose workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce production risks
- Bring innovative ideas that elevate brand perception through physical brand experience
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Report directly to the Marketing Manager on sourcing progress, development updates, and cost tracking
- Coordinate with Finance for payment processing and budget monitoring
- Work closely with Operations and Warehouse to ensure proper receiving and stock management
- Support Marketing team in planning merchandise aligned with campaign calendar

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,
- Experience in merchandising, sourcing, procurement, or supplier coordination for 2 years

- Experience working with international suppliers
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred due to direct communication with factories in China
