Sales Manager (1 Position)

Position Summary

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Projects Selling Tasks:
  • Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions;
  • Contact Customer to discuss / understand customer’s requirements of their project. Persuades clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
  • Base on each specific customer/project to have efficient plan to approach customer to ensure good taking care of customer as well.
  • Make the PCV and PIF(rev.00) form with detail data, issue to Sales Support Dept. to make PPD
  • Prepare information for and participate in Project bidding Tender;
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client’s requirements and company standards;
  • Prepare and have LOI signed by Customer.
  • Get approval drawing signed by Customer.
  • Propose price matrix of specific project then get approval from SMM.
  • Prepare Sales contract and get it signed by Customer and the company management.
  • Be in charge of down payment and support CSD for L/C and other payment
  • Monitor change orders and variations / make addendums and price variation accordingly;
  • Develops and grows long-term relationships with old customers;
  • Prepares and coordinates with customer in visiting office and job site.
  • Administer client accounts; Updates the ICCC list bi-monthly and make sure that the info is correct and complete; Contacts ICCC (Investors, Customers, Consultants, Constructors) to introduce PEB’s products / services and collect information about the project and try to convince them to put PEB specs in the conceptual drawings or tender documents, if any.
  • Consistently make visits and telephone calls to customer in ICCC list, especially those in Category A list.
  • Update Sales Pipe-Line weekly including status of Quotations, Jobs and Prepare “Lost Quote Report “(LQR) for all quotations lost as per the company policy.
  • Collects competitors information in order to find a proper strategy/solution in selling products;
  • Collects customer feedback information and take needful action to improve the company products/services;
  • Follow up and support subordinates and finance department on payment and L/C
  • Management tasks:
  • Provide training for subordinates in term of soft skills and technical to ensure staff having enough caliber to fulfill his responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and encourage staff to ensure target achievement of the team
  • Support staff by giving resources, direction to win projects as well as strengthen relationship with customers
  • Act as a key player for the company’s marketing campaign or events
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • University Degree in Engineering, Architecture with strong selling abilities
  • Thorough knowledge of sales techniques with min 5 year experiences in project sales or Buildings Construction/ Steel Buildings
  • Good at business acumen.
  • Strong management skills
  • Good at organization and job assignment skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, decision-making and leadership ability combined with an analytical and creative mind to evaluate new opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Marketing Cum Digital (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Digital marketing
  • Collaborates with MKT H.O to develop, implement, maintenance, track and optimize all digital marketing activities, which cover, but not limit to website, SEO/SEM, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn…), display advertising, content marketing and direct e-marketing for sales office to raise brand awareness.
  • Creates creative content (together with MKT H.O) that can generate demand on products/services and engage customers on innovative ways to drive brand awareness.
  • Carries out market research and customer surveys to identify trends, brand awareness and competition ventures then analyze them to design suitable marketing plans to support sales activities.
  • Partner with analytics resource and sales operations team to show value of campaigns and provide a regular report for campaigns.
  • Identifies trends, insights and optimize spend, performance based on the insights
  • Other Marketing Tasks:
  • Brainstorms and develops ideas advertising/communication campaigns (PR, press release, advertisement, TV etc.) as well as organizes and oversees exhibitions and promotional events
  • Works with external agencies and vendors for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website materials etc…)
  • Manages & collaborates with third party counterparts such as media, creative and digital agencies, and influencers
  • Monitors/ analyzes competitor activities/ events/ projects to help sales office make plan accordingly (if any)
  • Attends seminars/ events/ networking organized Business Associations to seek potential customer/ projects and get PCV (if any)
  • Analyzes, indentifies and maps business trends & customer needs
  • Manages and retains strong relationship with existing clients as well as establish relationship with investor/ consultant/ contractor/ client for new opportunities (via emails/ phone/ set up meetings...)
  • Increases network/connection database by attending conferences, business meetings, business traveling and industry events to get more networking or connection.
  • Work Environment
  • Time inside office: Depends on schedule of meeting/visit customer. Estimate 70%
  • Time outside office: Depends on schedule of meeting/visit customer. Estimate 30%

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • BA degree in Marketing, Media or Business Administration
  • At least 03 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, experience in construction area is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices
  • Good spoken and written communication skills both local language and English
  • Can use Photoshop is a plus
  • Good organization, planning & analytics skills
  • Good business acumen and customer-oriented mind
  • Willing to travel
  • Energetic, creative, pleasant personality
