JOB PURPOSE
This position is to lead and manage the sale unit (which consists of many teams and members) to meet the approved monthly and annual targets; It is to prepare and monitor monthly sales plans to achieve the unit's annual goals. She/he is to promote the products and services, sale to meet the needs of customer; and oversee the operations and business activities of the responsible unit to ensure they produce the desired results.

WORKING DAYS & HOURS
- Monday to Friday: 8 am – 12 pm & 1 pm – 5 pm
- Saturday: 8 am – 12 pm & 1 pm – 4 pm
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead sales and marketing activities to achieve his/her unit’s monthly sale targets.
- Lead, and provide support and decision to team to perform their tasks.
- Maintain and strengthen the relationship with existing and new customers. Lead team to visit customer’s location, meeting with customer, call to customer…. Etc.
- Ensure all business lines assigned are doing well and hit through the target.
- Check and recommend to Head/Chief for stock ordering.
- Accountabilities
- Manage and monitor monthly sales and marketing plans to achieve the unit’s targets.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management to improve unit’s performance.
- Ensure members have sound product knowledge and sale technique by provide training to members on regular basis. Coaching, developing, supporting and give Problem-Solving to his/her members.
- Establish a happy working environment, reduce staff turnover.
- Checking and making sure sufficient stock are available for sale.
- Serve as a point of reference to employees in terms of showing great work ethic, habits, personal character, and professional character.
- Prepare report or information to line managers.
- Adhere to all organization policies and procedures, be a role model!!
- Authorities
- Set and approve annual performance target for team members at the beginning of the year; and meet, review, and propose annual performance grade of team members.
- Join and decide with HR team in staff interview and selection.
- Review the documents, requests, mission, commission, sale order, sale invoice… which prepared by team members and submit to line managers for approval.
- Review and approve sale order and sale invoice based on policy indicated.
- Review expenses and submit to authorized person for approval.
- Review and approve Leave request, late clock-in/out… from team.
- Other authorities as delegated from managements.
- BBA in Sale and Marketing or other equivalent
- At least 3 years of experiences in Sale and Marketing field. Have a sound knowledge of Sale, Marketing, and management with cosmetics or related products is a plus. Integrity is a must!
- Creative thinking, convincing and problem-solving skills
- Work independently without close supervision
- Good communication skills in Khmer, English and networking
- Good command in Computer literacy in Microsoft office
- Willing to acquire new skills in a changing context

- Business Strategy and Plan Development
- Initiate, develop and update the business strategy for discussion with and seeking an approval from the Board of Directors (BoD) to meet the company’s short and long-term objectives.
- Develop, update, and report the business budget plan and actual results for discussion with and seeking an approval from the BoD to meet the company’s desired results.
- Establish the “Company’s Action Plan” and report its status to the Board to ensure the accomplishment of the actions set.
- Business Strategy and Plan Execution
- Lead and guide the development of and monitor monthly action plan for each department and pave the way to achieve the company’s target.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management to the company to further drive the profitability and sustainability of the company.
- Analyze deep financial risk and mitigation measures and report to the Board with recommendation of appropriate action to be taken.
- Analyze the Budget and Actual financial reports, and provide corrective actions to improve business operations to meet its objective.
- Lead and monitor the implementation of Company Action Plan and report the progress and challenges to the Board quarterly.
- Lead and promote a working culture of risk awareness and internal control to ensure that business risks are identified and managed timely and effectively.
- Improve, automate and digitalize the business processes by using a cost-efficient and effective manner.
- Introduce and strengthen the internal control system to business processes with checking and balancing, the four eyes principle.
- Maintenance existing strategic partners, customers and other business stakeholders.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead a culture of integrity, accuracy, responsibility, and high performing culture.
- Provide direction and support to the management team to hasten their work performance and achieve the company objectives.
- Build the management team capacity through managing and developing their career paths and expectations.

- Education:
- Master of Business Administration or other equivalent qualifications in business management, marketing, and cosmetic skill.
- Experiences:
- At least 10 years of experiences preferably from the Cosmetics background including the chief or director level. Have a sound knowledge of business operation, financial, risk management, internal control, Strong administrative skills, attention to details and strong analytical skills, cosmetic or salon skill. Integrity is a must!
- Required Skill :
- Good command in communication skills (English and Khmer)
- Good in cosmetic products and salon skill
- Good Computer literacy in Microsoft office
