LOCATION Flexible with frequent day trips working in villages, and sometime stays overnight in Kandal and Kampong Speu
POSITION PURPOSE
The Sale Manager (SM) provides managerial, sales strategy, financial, administrative, and leadership oversight for Sale Agents. SM also supports SAs to achieve the sales target, which brings programs to operate successfully.

The primary professional relationships within iDE include the following:
- Reports directly to the Deputy Project Manager
- Oversees Sale Agents
- Collaborates closely with other members of iDE teams such as Delivery and Post-Sale Service Agent, Deputy Project Manager, Project Manager, and Finance team
- Sale Operation and Management
- Develop a weekly, monthly, and quarterly work plan sale activities.
- Prepare smart territory management per the implementation plan.
- Prepare sales target with a bottom-up approach
- Monitor daily sales agent's progress report (number of closing rate, # presentation, # orders, etc)
- Conduct a field visit / on-spot support with SA on door-to-door and group sale presentation
- Work closely with the Delivery Agent, Deputy Project Manager (DPM), Project Manager, and Finance team to ensure that demand and supply are matched
- Conduct 2 layers of meetings with Delivery Agent/ Deputy Project Manager to monitor backlog, cancel, postpone, and other issues that need to be solved.
- Support to DPM on recruitment, selection, orientation, and on-board for new SA
- Support to SA to kick-off meetings with local authorities
- Provide SAs with advisory support for daily operations, solutions, problem-solving, and activity flexibility.
- Use a monitoring sales software to track sales results, process and conduct overall analysis.
- Monitor and check the financial management system for all SAs to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Conduct a spot check in order to verify the sales process and operation
- Manage Facebook group of customers such as posting content and responding to questions.
- Handle other tasks assigned by DPM
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field
- At least experiences in sale management for 3 years
- Experience in supervision and manage fields staffs are advantage
- Experience in data analysis in Dashboard for sales performance and results
- Plan, lead, train, and coach to staffs to conduct sale
- Ability in compiling sales reports and produce reports
- Ability in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and Google Sheet.
- Available for regular travel within the district, community, and /village.

- បញ្ជូនរបាយការណ៍សកម្មភាពប្រចាំថ្ងៃនិងលទ្ធផលទៅប្រធានលក់
- ចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំការលក់ជាមួយប្រធានលក់ ដើម្បីផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានអំពីទិន្នន័យ លក់ គោលដៅ និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមផ្សេងៗ
- បញ្ចូលព័ត៌មានអតិថិជនទៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីដេលបានកំណត់
- ការងារផ្សេងៗទៀត ដែលប្រគល់ដោយ ប្រធានលក់
