Location: Remote work from Cambodia
About the Role:
We are expanding our team due to increased workload and seeking a proactive Sales Manager in the Cambodian market.
Conditions: .
- 5 working days per week.
- Flexible start time.
- 8-hour workday.
- Only outbound calls (no incoming calls).
- Work exclusively with registered users — no cold calling.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- User Management (85% of time):
- Communicate with users via phone and Telegram.
- Activate new users by explaining platform features and competitive advantages.
- Reactivate inactive users and encourage their return.
- Maintain relationships with VIP users.
- Keep users informed about current promotions, bonuses, and events.
- Cross-Department Support (15% of time):
- Follow internal processes, maintain accurate communication records.
- Submit daily performance reports using simple Google Sheets.
- General Tasks:
- Follow internal communication and client interaction policies.
- Provide daily performance reports (Google sheets) to the manager.
- Stay updated on all bonus campaigns and present them to clients.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent is required
- English - Good is required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Work History:
- Sales in IT Services and Outsourcing for 1 year is preferred
- Sales manager in Telecommunications for 1 year is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
Soft Skills
- Experience: Preferred background in sales or customer support (with strong motivation for sales).
- Khmer — native (required).
- English — for team communication.
- Chinese, Thai, Korean — advantage.
- Confident PC and messenger user.
- Excel/Google Sheets experience (preferred, no formulas required).
- Proactive, result-oriented, attentive to details.
