Sales Executives-watch shop

We are seeking three dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our prestigious team in Phnom Penh. Ideal candidates will possess proven sales experience, with backgrounds in luxury retail or fine jewelry, considered significant advantages, reflected in compensation. These roles will involve direct sales activities, translating intricate product features into compelling customer benefits, enhancing distributor relationships, and facilitating product demonstrations. Confidence, persistence, and exceptional communication skills are essential to drive business growth and ensure unparalleled customer experience in the luxury market.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for achieving and exceeding sales targets through a proactive sales approach.
  • Assist in daily store operations to create an elegant shopping environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong CRM practices and conduct timely client follow-ups.
  • Anticipate customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with corporate standards.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with regular and new clients.
  • Provide prompt support for customer inquiries and requirements.
  • Update sales leads and communicate with relevant overseas offices.
  • Maintain and update sales reports and gather customer feedback for management.
