Position Summary

A Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and selling the company’s products or services. The role involves building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in cleaning equipment, facilities management, security systems, or smart technology products
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain benefits clearly to customers
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, or similar tools)
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for field sales)
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Position Summary

The Senior Sales Manager (F&B & Nalco Chemical) is responsible for managing and expanding sales of Nalco (Ecolab) chemical solutions within the Food & Beverage industry. The role focuses on key accounts, new business development, technical sales support, and ensuring customer compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for F&B and Nalco chemical solutions.
  • Identify market opportunities, define target segments, and prioritize high-value prospects.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and pricing proposals in line with company policy.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, site surveys.
  • Coordinate with technical/service teams to ensure correct product application and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customer training on chemical usage, safety, and handling procedures.
  • Ensure customers comply with food safety standards (HACCP requirements where applicable)
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
  • Provide solutions to improve customer efficiency, cost control, and sustainability.
  • Work closely with marketing, technical, warehouse, and finance teams.
  • Assist management in sales planning and forecasting.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
  • Track customer usage, sales volume, and payment status.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.

Position Summary

PHS Asia Co., Ltd. is looking for a motivated and skilled Service & Technical Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of chemical dispensing systems and commercial laundry systems at customer sites.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Install, service, and maintain chemical dispensers and laundry systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and system calibration.
  • Train customers on proper use and basic maintenance of equipment.
  • Prepare service reports and documentation after each visit.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to support customers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
