Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure that they receive exceptional service and identify new business opportunities and expand market share for cement products.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current dealer or customer needs and following a defined selling process with potential customers, often including product demos and presentations.
- Prepare sales forecast, reports, and competitor analysis and participate in marketing activities, events.
- Coordinate with other to ensure that collaborations are being met and company standards are being upheld.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Work History:
- Experience in sales, or a related role for 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends is preferred.
- Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel to provinces as needed.
Sales Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure that they receive exceptional service and identify new business opportunities and expand market share for Admixture, Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Steel, Lubricants and related building materials.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current dealers or customers’ needs and following a defined selling process with potential customers, often including product demos and presentations.
- Prepare sales forecast, reports, and competitor analysis and participate in marketing activities, events.
- Coordinate with others to ensure that collaborations are being met and company standards are being upheld.

Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and testing of new products or modified materials.
- Analyze product performance data to enhance durability, cost-efficiency, or environmental compliance.
- Prepare technical datasheets, test reports, and complaint resolution documents.
- Provide on-site or remote technical assistance for product application, installation, or performance issues.
- Coordinate laboratory testing for product properties (e.g., strength, durability, setting time).
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer or a related field.
Work History:
- Experience in civil technical engineer or a related role for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:

- Knowledge of product standards and test methods (ASTM, ISO, EN, etc).
