Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - To establish, develop and maintain effective customer relationship for sustain promote growth sale operation,
- To look for new customers and follow up project/start site and existent customers by meeting, telephone call, network etc,
- Able to achieve targeted monthly income set by the company,
- To provide a daily, weekly and monthly work plan schedules and sale reports, as well as sales forecasts to Manager,
- To build a good brand image of the company and product in the market, To observe competitor’s products and activities,
- To properly respect the company’s policy and sales department procedures, To perform other tasks assigned by manager.
- Experience Requirement
- Must have at least 1 (one) year experience relative to the position (experiences in sales and marketing or knowledge of building construction are encouraged).
- Skill Requirement
- Good English communication and writing,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill,
- Excellent in promoting the products and services,
- Experience in sales,
- Computer : Proficient in MS office (Word and Excel), internet and email,
- Outgoing person/organized.

Site Engineer (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Interpret technical designs and drawings.
- Manage projects to meet agreed specifications and timeline.
- Prepare site reports.
- Provide technical support and resolve problems on site.
- Organize project materials and ensure sites are safe and clean.
- Check technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Implement quality control processes, conduct inspections.
- Work schedules depend on the project objectives.
- Collaborative work with other professionals working on the projects.
- Safety equipment is required to be worn at all times when on-site.
- Other task assigned by the Manager.
- Study in year 3rd or 4th of civil or structural engineering, construction, building, or related field.
- Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
- Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
- Great leadership and organizational skills.
- Superb project management skills.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of computer aided design (CAD) software.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- A willingness to learn.
Receptionist (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a warm, representing the face of NRSB Construction Material Co., Ltd.
- Answer incoming phone calls, redirect calls as necessary, and take accurate messages when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
- Manage the office supplies inventory, restocking items as needed and maintaining a neat storage area.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate client meetings, arrange conference calls, and provide any necessary support.
- Keep track of employee attendance and assist with maintaining the employee leave schedule.
- Liaise with different departments of the company to provide information and support as required.
- Update and maintain various databases and contact.
- Other task assigned by the Manager.
- Study in Accountant year 1 or 2.
- Prefer only female
- Proficient in using computer, Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks
- Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as scanning machines, printers, and telephone systems
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and direct calls appropriately
