Sales Executive ( Dairy&Bakery)
Reports to: Category Manager
Indirect Report: Sales Manager
Level: Officer
Sale executives interact principally with potential existing channels through frequent visit, emails, telephone call to persuade them to open account and purchase companies' products and services.
- Foresee potential customer, contact them, prepare visit, persuade them, open account and place orders, build relationship with them. Report regularly result and possible issue to management
- Monitor and reply messages to customers, enquiries and orders from multiple channels (social media, phone, message and others)
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through visit, relationship
- Prepare quotation, contract and opening account form
- special price, follow up order and other task that sales requested (Assisting for price update for month end )
- Processing customers' purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products
- Keep clients up to date with company news
- Deal with customer complaints
- Getting a full understanding of the company products of Bakery & Dairy and advising customers on suitable products selection based on their needs and specifications
- Assist sales team with basic marketing tasks.
- To ensure customer complaints and credit notes are handled promptly, efficiently and to ensure they are recorded in the appropriate manner.
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through social media, emails, and inbound calls.

- Have basic knowledge of baking products, or experience in bakery operation & production
- Sale experience in diary & bakery product is PLUS
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience within a sale, logistics or supply chain support function.
