Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in cleaning equipment, facilities management, security systems, or smart technology products
- Ability to understand technical products and explain benefits clearly to customers
- Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, or similar tools)
- Valid driver’s license (if required for field sales)
Soft Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and maintain chemical dispensers and laundry systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system calibration.
- Train customers on proper use and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Prepare service reports and documentation after each visit.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to support customers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
