Mekong Zipline is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales to lead sales operations and drive business growth in Phnom Penh. Located along the Mekong River, our zipline offers a unique urban adventure experience with stunning views. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience who can build partnerships, increase bookings, and position Mekong Zipline as a top attraction in the city.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Promote services and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and promotions
- Lead and support sales/front desk team to improve performance
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
- 1 day off per week, annual leave, public holidays and other leave benefits as per Cambodia labor laws.

- Sales, tourism, or hospitality for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Experience working with hotels, travel agencies, or tour operators is highly preferred

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook…)

- Assist guests through all stages of the zipline experience
- Conduct safety briefings and inspect gear before each tour
- Operate and supervise zipline platforms an equipment
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests
- Provide a fun, informative, and memorable experience
- Report and respond to any incidents c emergencies
- Work closely with fellow rangers and tear leaders
