Duties & Responsibilities:
- Visit pharmacies, supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, and distributors
- Develop new customers and expand sales network
- Maintain and grow existing accounts
- Present company products professionally
- Follow up quotations and close sales
- Collect payment when necessary
- Achieve monthly sales target
- Provide market feedback and competitor information
Expected Profile of Candidates
Work History:
- Experience in sales for 6 months as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Experience selling to pharmacies or medical-related customers is a plus
- Able to travel and visit customers daily
- Own motorbike preferred
Soft Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Responsible, honest, and target-oriented
Online Sales & Customer Support Officer

- Telegram
- TikTok
- Website (if applicable)
- Answer product inquiries clearly and professionally
- Send quotations and confirm orders
- Follow up customer payments and delivery status
- Coordinate with warehouse for order preparation
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Report daily online sales summary
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Basic
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Good typing skills (Khmer & basic English)
- Basic computer skills (Facebook, Excel, Messenger)
- Experience in online selling is a plus
