Job purpose
To build: achieve sales target. Prospect, develop potential new customer and maintain existing customer.
Working condition
- Working Time : 08:00 – 17:30 Mon to Fri, Sat 12:00
- Location : Head Office, Koh Pich
- Working outdoor : sometimes
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cold calling potential customers and selling the company’s products.
- Researching the target market and finding companies to target.
- Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales.
- Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
- Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager.
- Progressing towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the sales manager.
- Entering all required data for sales onto the company system.
- Following up with past customers and cross selling products.
- Providing assistance to other members of the sales team.
- Following up on leads generated by other departments.
- Investigating and resolving queries from customers
- BA in Business Management or Related field
- At least 2-year experience in Sales with Logistic Industrial
- Can Speak English and chiness is a plus
- Computer Skill Ms. Word Excel, Power Point, and Internet email
- Be able to work as a Team
- Good in communication and Negotiation Skill
- Be able to work under pressure
- Willing to work and High commitment
Customer Service Officer
Position Circumstances

Job Purpose
Deliver good service quality to customer, build up good relationship with customer and to satisfy customer’s expectation and needs.
Working Condition

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand customer’s requirement/SOP and work toward the requirements properly
- Support sales team as part of onboarding new customer process successfully (document cut off, documentation requirements…etc.)
- Receive shipment document from customer via email and submit to documentation team to prepare for customs evaluation
- Ensure Follow up all tasks related to shipment completely especially require follow up with Inland Transport team at night if there any urgent cases
- Track on document application lead time (from receiving document until document approved by customs HQ and send to clearance point timely) to avoid delaying processing shipment clearance
- Check complete set of documents before sending to clearance point
- Immediately communicate with documentation team and customer if any issues during clearance process
- Follow up shipment status from shipment clearance until complete clearance
- Work closely with customer to obtain delivery order plan and submit into system
- Work with delivery team to ensure shipment shall be delivered to customer as per delivery order plan
- Pro-actively inform customer for any extra charge incurred if under customer’s responsibility (such as port storage, demurrage, detention...etc.) and seek confirmation from customer in written to acknowledge for the extra charges
