We are looking for a highly driven and well-connected Sales Executive to expand our HR technology business in Cambodia. This role focuses on selling MiHCM, a leading cloud-based Human Capital Management solution, to mid-to-large enterprises.
The ideal candidate has a strong HR background, understands HR operations (Payroll, Attendance, Core HR), and has an existing network with HR leaders in large corporations, especially in the banking sector.
This role is also ideal for HR professionals who are looking to transition into a client-facing business role, allowing you to leverage your HR expertise while building a career in sales and consulting.
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in Cambodia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Directors, HR Managers, and decision-makers
- Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation → presentation → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Promote MiHCM solutions including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Employee Experience modules
- Work closely with the implementation team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market feedback and insights on HR trends and competitors
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Experience in HR roles (HRBP, HR Manager, Payroll, HR Operations), OR Selling HR / SaaS / software solutions for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Strong understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Attendance, Employee Lifecycle)
- Existing network with HR leaders in large enterprises or banks is highly preferred
- Fluent in English and Khmer (both spoken and written)
- Ability to engage with C-level and senior HR stakeholders
- Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or large corporate groups
- Prior experience selling HR systems / ERP / SaaS solutions
- Strong personal network in Cambodia HR community
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
