Reports to Sales Manager
Level Staff
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by development new accounts, managing customer accounts, and expanding market opportunities for potato products (fresh, frozen, processed) and dry goods. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring consistent product availability in the market.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for potato and dry product categories.
- Develop new or existing account to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, supermarket, and foodservice customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance and competitor activities. Give recommendation to sales manager on dry product potential able to develop in the market.
- Manage existing customer accounts and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Handle price negotiation, and follow-up on deliveries.
- Resolve customer issues related to product quality, pricing, or service.
- Product & Market Management
- Promote product ranges such as fresh potatoes, frozen potatoes (fries, wedges, etc.), and dry products.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to category planning.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office is essential
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG, food products, or distribution (experience in potato or dry products is a plus).
Soft Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
